Keihin FCR MX 39 carburetor kit for the Suzuki DR-Z400.

• Keihin FCR MX 39 quad vent flatslide carburetor
• with choke
• with accelerator (fuel) pump
• ...

This carb received our carburetor service. Details:

• carb body and selected parts have been professionally ultrasonically cleaned
• all parts have been cleaned and inspected
• jets are cleaned
• float height has been set
• fuel pump has been tested and works perfect
• bearings are freshly greased
• several new o-rings and gaskets (contact us for details)
• etc.

Current jetting:

• EMN throttle needle (clip @ 3)
• main jet 158
• pilot jet 45
• 200 main air jet
• 100 pilot air jet
• 1.5 turns on the fuel screw

For the DR-Z400, we have added:

• special aluminum intake adapter
• Suzuki rubber
