You can return your purchase within 7 days. In case the cause for your return is a mistake made by Frank! MXParts, you need to supply us with the information as to why we are accountable. We will then send you the details about how to return your purchase.
In case the cause for your return is not a mistake made by Frank! MXParts, then you are responsible for the return costs. We request you to use an international courier which offers parcel tracking service. You are also advised to use insured shipment, since you are responsible for the item to arrive in the exact same condition as it was when shipped by Frank! MXParts.
We will refund your money (minus shipping costs, if applicable) within 7 days after receival of the item.
New items must be returned in the original, undamaged and unopened packaging.
We will not refund your money when the item received is not in the original condition. Therefore make sure the item is packaged very well (preferably by using our packaging material) when you want to return your item.
To counteract potential abuse Frank! MXParts holds the right to not refund anyone who, from our point of view, makes unlawful use of our return policy.
